Centric PLM Platform

In close collaboration with an internal IT project manager, our teams helped deploy the Centric PLM platform. Our mission consisted in identifying the configuration gaps between the preconfigured platform for NINA RICCI and the needs of PACO RABANNE and in accompanying the users in order to guarantee the adoption of the tool. We thus built customized trainings adapted to the specific configuration of our customer.
A challenge since the objective of Go Live was in less than 3 months!
