Deployment of CLO 3D

As part of its innovation strategy, PETIT BATEAU called upon the Fit Retail design team to deploy the design tool: CLO 3D. We first worked on a POC “Proof of Concept” phase in collaboration with CETI in order to validate the usefulness of 3D in the product circuit.
Our consultants then worked with the internal teams to train the stylists & pattern makers, reorganize the product circuit and accompany them in the change management. An ambitious project where we worked in close collaboration with our client.
