Actions of Fit Retail
- Framing of the project,
- Realization of workshops (stylists, models, buyers, product managers, wholesalers, marketing, shooting and ecommerce),
- Alignment of processes with market best practices,
- Complete benchmark of PIM solutions,
- Assistance to IT and business teams for the validation of the project plan in steering committee,
- Drafting of tender documents (RFP, processes, data dictionaries).
